Eligibility
To participate in this giveaway, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United States of America.
Employees of Three Stories Jewelry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or persons living in the same households of such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win.
Verification of Eligibility: Three Stories Jewelry reserves the right, at any time during or after the promotion period, to verify the age, residency, and eligibility of any participant before awarding the prize.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.
All entries received in accordance with these official terms carry an equal opportunity of being selected during the random drawing.

Entry Guidelines & Limitations:
- Entrants must provide a valid, active email address that belongs to the entrant.
- Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address throughout the duration of the promotion. Multiple entries generated by robotic, automated, macro, or script means, or through multiple email accounts, will be disqualified.
- All entries become the property of Three Stories Jewelry and will not be returned. By entering, you consent to receive periodic editorial newsletters, new collection announcements, and private trunk show invitations from Three Stories Jewelry. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in any email.

Giveaway Period
The promotion will begin on October 15, 2026, and end on November 15, 2026.
All entries must be received by November 15, 2026, at 11:59 pm Pacific Time (PT). Entries submitted after the designated cutoff time will be automatically deemed void and ineligible for the prize drawing.
Three Stories Jewelry’s internal server clock serves as the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Three Stories Jewelry, whose decisions are final and binding in all aspects.
The winner will be notified via email by November 20, 2026.

Response Window: The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days of transmission to confirm receipt and claim the prize.

Alternate Winner: If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

Verification: The potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release.

Prize
The prize is a digital $1,000 gift card redeemable exclusively online at www.threestoriesjewelry.com.
Prize Conditions & Terms of Use:
- The digital gift card code will be securely transmitted to the validated email address of the winner.
- The gift card is valid towards any fine jewelry piece, including 14k gold bangles, Love Explosion pendants, rings, switch charms, and earrings across all collections.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. No prize substitutions are permitted, except that Three Stories Jewelry reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not explicitly specified herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

General Conditions
By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions.
Your participation in the giveaway is subject to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of threestoriesjewelry.com.
The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and US legal residency. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Three Stories Jewelry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway, or any part thereof, at any time if fraud, technical failures, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, security, or proper administration of the promotion.
Governing Law: Any questions, controversies, or disputes arising from or relating to this giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Entrants agree that any legal action shall be initiated exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction located in California.
